In addition to learning the foundations of breakdancing, such as up rock, six step, and freezes, dancers learn the importance of good conditioning and stretching. Instructors lead students through a jam packed warm up that includes strength training and flexibility exercises. Warm up is followed by skills development, and then the art of freestyle, and finally a Breakdance Circle.
Installments are over 10 Months, the 1st of each month from September to June
